Ayurveda and the mind

Morning! Summer starts today and it’s officially Hot! I’ve been sweating at the gym and now I’m gonna make some coffee and continue my book. It’s the kind of book that everyone should read (maybe prior to The law of Attraction) but unfortunately the ones who need it the most are the ones to never even touch this kind of book and information.

It’s really beyond me how little people work on themselves, generally. A true shame. Instead of worrying, stressing and focusing on all the wrong things in life people should take some serious time to read different type of self help books, exercise more and find a way in everyday life to quiet the mind. Very important.
