I suffer from nightmares from time to time, always the same feeling but in different shapes and because they really stay with me when I wake up I try so so hard to think about something positive just before I sleep. I know where the nightmares come from but I’d still like to feel as if I’m in control of my thoughts even when I sleep. Clearly it doesn’t seem to be that way and your dreams are the what…? Is it something the brain is processing while you sleep so you won’t have to figure things out while awake? I don’t know..but I would sure love to know.
