I just ate too much breakfast and need to go for a walk, which we will soon, Aiden has his last tennis lesson for the winter term and we’ll walk, as always, to Pembroke and back. What would I do without daily exercise?

A great way to kick start your body is to add apple cider vinegar in your water bottle, it doesn’t taste great but after a while you’ll notice how your tummy stays well behaved and flat :) and that’s the reward!
