world cup brasil

I mean I’m really no fan of football, it’s just the atmosphere that the world cup comes with, that’s what truly gets my attention. That’s my feeling here in Malta at least and I remember 4 years ago what a craze everywhere! Big screens in every corner, people cheering and shouting and sometimes looking pissed off. Anyway, to me, it means a glass of wine or two at the coffee shops or bars on the Sliema promenade, hot evenings and lively atmosphere. That’s the part I love, not the sport. Forgive me football fans. I like tennis.

Also, this year being held in Brasil, a country of much inspiration, makes it a little more fun.
