I’m trying as much as I can to keep any negativity away from this blog, leaving space for beauty, inspiration and other positive posts but the fact that my left shoulder is giving me major pain is making me sooo angry. I missed my 2 a week yoga classes while abroad which annoyed me already but I thought the pain would have left my body by the time we came back. Seems not and I keep missing out on my classes. It’s not the results of toning the body I miss the most, it’s the spiritual part, the meditation and peaceful breathing. It’s really not the same doing that part only at home…arrgghhh.
We’ve contacted this americano who seems to work miracles and heals any type of muscle or nerve related problems, so let’s pray.
