Here’s a little tip for a healthy breakfast – pink, pretty and a great way to give your immune system a boost!

While on the subject of healthy habits – We need to remember that taking care of ourselves and boosting our immune system is not something we now, all of a sudden, should start thinking and panicking about because there’s a terrible virus going around. This should be done every single day—all year round. Obesity, physical inactivity, low immune system, and stress kills far more people than Corona ever will. If we took the same drastic measures about the above, we’d see a significant difference in the world.

 

Add:

  • Greek Yogurt
  • Beetroot Powder (low in calories, yet high in valuable vitamins and minerals. They contain a bit of almost all the vitamins and minerals that you need)
  • Almonds (great source of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E)
  • Cranberries (powerful antioxidant)
  • Chia seeds (great source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium)
